These Terms of Service govern the purchase and use of digital 3D assets ("Assets") sold by Greenleaf Vision, operated by Benjamin Koch, Germany. By purchasing an Asset you agree to these Terms.

2. Products

Greenleaf Vision sells digital 3D vegetation and environment assets designed for use with Unreal Engine 5. All products are delivered as digital downloads. No physical goods are shipped.

3. License

Upon purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use the Assets in your own projects, including commercial projects such as games, films, and architectural visualizations.

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the Assets in their original or modified form
• Include the Assets in any product that allows others to extract them
• Claim the Assets as your own work

For enterprise use, studios with annual revenue exceeding $100,000 USD, or productions requiring a custom license, please contact: [email protected]

4. Intellectual Property

All Assets remain the intellectual property of Benjamin Koch / Greenleaf Vision. Purchase grants a license to use – not ownership of the Assets themselves.

5. Payments

All payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase you also agree to Paddle's terms of service at paddle.com.

6. Refund Policy

Customers are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase date.

7. Disclaimer

Assets are provided as-is. Greenleaf Vision makes no guarantees regarding compatibility with future versions of Unreal Engine beyond the version stated in the product description.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

9. Changes

Greenleaf Vision reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
